Engineered to eliminate metal-to-metal contact and provide superior mechanical to mechanical connection compatibility. The wearable insert is designed to protect the mechanical components it connects by taking the shock-load.  During a spike in shock-load the insert will wear protecting the motors or equipment protecting the more expensive components.
